Justice will Arise from this State

I have taken a journey to surround this state, and I say even now I will begin to surround this state with a spirit of burning that has not been known before. My fire will build a wall around this state. It will be known that there is a tabernacle of fire resting in Illinois. I'm surrounding this state--for there are enemies inside the state that I will begin to uncover and it will be known that deliverance has come to a nation from Illinois. [...] for this is the beginning of restoring the laws of my covenant to this land and I chose this state to begin it in. I say the justice will arise out of this state.
