Praying for our President

1 Timothy 2:1-4 ¶ I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
   For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
    For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
   Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Recently at a conference in Denton, Texas, Dutch Sheets delivered a tremendous message concerning praying for President Bush in this hour.

He said, "We are at war with a spirit of Babylon, or Babel, which means to babble or be confused. Our President needs our prayer to 'Finish Strong'!
He is warring against a spirit of death and terror in the earth. This war will not be won with conventional weapons, it is a spiritual war."

We need to pray for clarity of mind, Strength to finish strong, and for the favor of the Lord to surround our President and his advisors in this hour.

Now is the time to rise and awake from the confusion the spirit of Babel that has come over our nation.
